Nurmijärven Linja Oy (0129518-9) as a part of Korsisaari Group sells products and services through Korsisaari online store for private customers in Finland and for business around the world. All items in the online store include value added tax (VAT). We reserve the rights for changes in prices and in delivery costs.

Ordering

The products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the cart and by paying the items at the cashier later on. While ordering your products through online store it is required that you have been familiarized with and committed to the terms of delivery. After this online store’s terms of change and canceling are applied. By accepting the terms of delivery and ordering through Korsisaari online store, you also accept that Korsisaari Group and Paytrail Oyj are allowed to send you emails regarding your order.

Limits for ordering

From the online store, only the people that have reached the legal age of 18 are allowed to buy products from there. Korsisaari online store only delivers products and services to Finland unless other agreement is made.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) serves as payment service provider and as payment gateway provider together with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as receiver of the payment in the bank statements or in the credit card bill. Paytrail Oyj will also transfer they payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has license of the payment institution.

Ways of delivery, delivery timetables and costs

The order will be delivered the way you have chosen. Delivery costs and options are shown at cart and at the cashier page. Home delivery option is only available for address located in mainland of Finland with direct road connections.

Availability of the products

If some of the ordered products are not available, we keep the right to cancel the purchase. Please note that the cart won’t reserve any products/places before the order is bought.

Exchange, cancelation and return policies

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection law, you have a right to exchange or return your whole order or part of it during the next 14 days after receiving your purchase.

Travel cards

Return policies apply only to products that are still inside their original packaging, haven’t been used at all and are still re-vendable. The exchange of the product happens by returning it with self-cost and by buying a new product from our online store.

If you want to return the product, do as follows:

  1. Email to matkakortit@korsisaari.fi, and include the number of the travel card, your name, email that was included in the purchase and the order number.
  2. You will receive instructions through email how to return the travel card.
  3. Money it returned to same payment method which you made the original purchase. Online bank payments, Paytrail may send a message to that email which was used in the original order and gives instructions through which the money will return back to you.

Please note that if you have used the product already or handled it without caution you are responsible for the possible dropped value of the product. The responsibility of the dropped value will be at its maximum the total value of the product.

If you have charged an extra season to your travel card from our online store, you are able to cancel it during the next 14 days after the purchased was made if you haven’t activated the season yet. Cancelation can be only done to the unused products. Inform about the cancelation by emailing to matkakortit@korsisaari.fi (include the following to the email: number of the travel card, order number and day of purchase) and return the unused travel card to Alhonniittu depot (Alhonniituntie 1, 01900 Nurmijärvi). The money will be return to the same form of payment which was used for the purchase and the travel card will stay to Korsisaari Group. If you still need the travel card, you can by a new one from our online store.

Event transportations

Korsisaari Group keeps the rights for changes in the schedules and in the routes. Korsisaari group keeps the right to cancel the event transportations totally if there is not enough participants for it. The price of the trip doesn’t automatically include any insurances nor cancelation insurance fees. We recommend to everyone to take care of their own insurance needs. It is not a cancelation if you don’t proceed with the payment. Changes or cancelations of the passengers have to be done during the opening hours of the office Mon-Fri 8am to 3pm. If the event transportation will not come true, the money will be returned to the customers. Korsisaari Group keeps the right to change the routes even though they would have already been published.

The event tickets bought together with event transportation, do not have cancelation right. If the transfer needs to be canceled due to lack of passengers, the event tickets themselves will not be canceled nor money regarding them returned.

If the actions of the passenger cause extra cleaning expenses these will be charged from the passenger afterwards.

Charter bus service

The price of the charter bus service does not include any insurances nor cancelation insurance fees. We recommend to everyone to take care of their own insurance needs. It is not a cancelation if you don’t proceed with the payment. The cancelation of the charter bus service without any cancelation fee is possible, if done 7 days before the day of the transportation.

Over time charge

If the charter bus service prolongs or the route changes from the accepted one, we will charge the extra cost from the customer. According to the policies mentioned in the confirmation document. If the actions of the passenger cause extra cleaning expenses these will be charged from the passenger afterwards.

In case of a problem

Check the delivery and the items ordered immediately after you have received them and contact us immediately if there are any mistakes or faults.

If the product has gone missing or has any faults due to the delivery or it does not correspond to what you ordered, you have to inform about the mistakes during the following 14 days by doing a written reclamation to Korsisaari Group. If the package has damaged in the postal mail, you have to immediately make a reclamation to the Posti Oy.

Price and pricing mistakes

Products are delivered with the prices that are valid at the moment of purchase. Special offers and sales can be seen in our online store and at the introduction page of the product. Online store can change the prices whenever without prior notification. Price mark-ups effect only on those orders that have been made after the change of the price.

Korsisaari online store keeps the right to cancel the order in a case of clear pricing mistake. Clear pricing mistake means the possible price mistake of the product in the online store so that the price of the product significantly or clearly differs from the right price of the product. Force Majeure situation

Online store of Korsisaari Group is not responsible for delays or damages that are due to obstacles happening outside of their possibility of influence. Also, a situation which could not have been anticipated nor its causes could not have been avoided are not under the responsibility of Korsisaari Group. Force majeure situations could for example be industrial actions, sick leaves of the personnel, prohibitions of importation or exportation, epidemics and interruptions in the transfers. If the force majeure situation has a duration of over three months, has both Korsisaari Group and the customers the right to cancel the orders without any consequences in compensations nor in delays.

Customer communication

By approving the terms of delivery and terms of the order the customer accepts that Korsisaari Group can send customer messages to them. Customer messages are related to the order of the client, ordered product or delivery of the product from the online store of Korsisaari Group.

Applied law

For these terms of delivery and any contracts related to the deliveries, Finnish Law is applied. The consumer has the right to submit any disputes related to these terms of delivery to the Consumer Disputes Board. In addition, the consumer has the right to submit the dispute to the district court under whose jurisdiction the online store has its domicile or under whose jurisdiction the consumer has they domicile or permanent address.

Changes for terms of delivery

Korsisaari Group’s online store can change the terms of delivery for example, due to the changes in Finnish Law. You will see the information about the latest updates in terms of delivery from the date located in the beginning of the page.
